Reservoir Apartments, Calverley

Our first completed reservoir conversion for KeyLand Developments Ltd attracted interest from the national press and initial resistance from the Local Authority. Our design utilised the underground tank for basement parking and opened up the stone shell that straddled the tank to create 18 Apartments and a Modern private courtyard. The Local Authority eventually supported the proposal and nominated the design for their Architecture Awards.
