Teacher Training College, Southern China

In partnership with a Chinese practice we are currently developing masterplan proposals for a new Teacher Training College Campus on a 70 ha site in Southern China. (For reasons of confidentiality at this stage, specific details in relation to Client and location cannot be divulged). The campus is to be built in three phases with phase one to be complete by August 2010. It will eventually house 10,000 students and will train teachers across a wide range of disciplines. The self contained campus will include student accommodation, sport and recreational facilities as well as classrooms and practical workshop buildings spread across 2 Million square feet of buildings.
