Kirkstall Road, Leeds
Kirkstall Road is a mixed use masterplan for a former chemical works site. The design addresses the relationship of the site with the River Aire and Leeds-Liverpool canal and provides circa 1,000,000 ft² of mixed use accommodation including a hotel, commercial office space, student housing, apartments and a multi-storey car park.
