The Leeds Property Forum is an initiative that sees property professionals from both public and private sectors collaborate on the advancement of the city. Our work was undertaken as part of the Quality Spaces and Places sub-group and has been embraced by Leeds City Council as an exemplar project to champion the city's public realm. The design extends pedestrian links from the retail quarter up to a proposed new park in front of the Parish Church and is the result of workshops with local landowners, retailers and residents.
