Alie Street, Whitechapel
Alie Street is a mixed-use development comprising 24 apartments and 7,000sqft of commercial office space.
The design makes the most effective use of a constrained L-shaped site to overcome objections relating to daylight impact and a history of refused planning applications by others.
Working closely with CGMS planning consultants we obtained a planning consent for this scheme in 2007. The contract value is estimated at £6Million.
