After a successful relationship at Killingbeck, The Gregory Group instructed us on this site in North East Lincolnshire. Our proposal was granted detailed planning for circa 70,000ft² of Grade A office accommodation in 11 units and outline planning approval for three Car Dealerships, successfully overcoming flood risk issues and providing a sequential test to argue the case for out of town office use.
