Crowne Heights is a joint venture between Crowne Plaza Hotels and Kean Group. The scheme reduces the hotel's existing and oversubscribed car parking provision and replacing a tried multi-storey car park with secure basement parking below a striking mixed-use development of 120 apartments and 40,000ft² of retail space.
The U-shaped development restores active frontages to 3 sides of the site and works around a main electricity sub-station, creating a private garden for residents. Contract Value is estimated to be circa £15m
