KeyLand Developments are responsible for managing, developing and disposing of Yorkshire Water’s surplus property assets. KeyLand gave us a free run on a redundant, below ground service reservoir in the Green Belt as our first commission; we handed it back with a detailed planning approval via delegated powers for a 5.500ft? private residence set within the tank structure.Our proposal replaced the existing roof covering with a curved, sedum roof which hides the dwelling from the main road and orientates the dwelling to take advantage of stunning views to the South.
